Ollie’s Rockwall will provide a certificate of liability insurance upon request, and will have you listed you on this certificate as aditional insured if requested.
All of the terms and conditions of the customer contract become binding when signed by an authorized representative of the customer and a representative of Ollie’s Rockwall.
The contract can not be cancelled after three day of signing without forfeiture of deposit.
Ollie’s Rockwall reserves the right to cancel.
In the event of adverse weather predictions, using :www.noaa.gov of at least 60 % chance of precipitation or greater, the booking will be transferred to an alternate date and/or location for similar time duration and distance, subject to availability, at no extra charge. Should the event be a one time event held rain or shine, booking may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions (as above) by the customer and deposit will be returned in full within five business days. We do operate in the rain.
Travel distance will be calculated using Mapquest™ from Mystic, CT. to the street location of the event. Travel charge will be billed at $1.95 per mile The first ten mile are free each way.
The vehicle and the rockwall weight in excess of 7000lbs, please be aware of underground cavities such as fuel tanks, septic fields and other underground liabilities.
Ollie’s Rockwall. is not responsible for any and all damages sustained to property, including damages to lawns or weak driveways and holds customer responsible for any and all costs associated with damages and/or recovery of wall and vehicle resulting from cave-ins and/or land slides. |
